Kevin will be contacting you from the initial inquiry to request “homework” and meet with you to develop your case, determine your objectives and make the agreement for our team to represent you in your transaction.
Pipeline Manager – Melissa Shukis
Melissa is managing your loan from the moment you make a commitment to the Cavanaugh Team until your loan is approved. We will contact you regarding:
- Any documentation needed to complete the processing of your loan
- Keeping you up to date on the status of your transaction.
- Signing of your loan documents
Processor – Andre Knapp
Andre ensures that we “sweat the small stuff” and “dot the “Is” and cross the “Ts””. He orders your loan documents and works closely with our Pipeline Manager to ensure that your loan funds on time.
Marketing / Tech / Admin – Kelly Cavanaugh
We combine these three roles to ensure that any marketing materials you receive from the Cavanaugh Team are both relevant to your individual situation and timely.
