Kevin holds both a Certified Real Estate Appraiser License and a Real Estate Broker’s License. He maintains both licenses to provide homebuyers with the facts needed to make a sound financial decision.
Kelly holds a Real Estate License and her 7 years of work in the loan servicing department for a mortgage banker gives you access to her invaluable problem solving skills.
Kevin earned his degree from UCLA and Kelly graduated from UC Davis. They are members of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR). Kevin and Kelly have been married for almost 17 years. They have two children. Kevin is actively involved in coaching both of their various sports; softball, soccer, basketball and baseball!
